Vineyards
Nathan is a blend of Merlot (34%), Cabernet Sauvignon (33%) and Cabernet Franc (33%), sourced from dry vineyards in the Durbanville region.
Winemaking
The wine is left on the skin for about three weeks after fermentation. After blending the wine gets then transferred to French oak barrels. The wine matures in barrel for 15 months before bottling and left in bottle to mature for a further 6 months before release.
Made by award winning South African winemaker Riaan Oosthuizen.…..

Dark chocolate fruit and clove spice on the nose with plum and dried fruit (peaches) flavors invites one to this well structured wine with firm yet soft tannins.
